Before becoming CEO, she served as Chaos’ Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFO & COO), where she played a key role in shaping strategy, strengthening operations, and preparing the company for its next phase of growth. She brings extensive financial and operational leadership experience, with a strong track record in delivering both organic and inorganic growth, managing complex integrations, and leading strategic transformations in the software industry globally. Prior to joining Chaos, Iveta served as CFO & COO at 1E, a global digital employee experience leader, and at ITRS, a market-leading observability provider.
